The genomic data of Weissella hellenica Wikim14 beloning to the family Leuconostocaceae of the phylum Firmicutes, were obtained using the Miseq platform. The draft genome of Weissella hellenica Wikim14 contains 1,915,620 bp with a G+C content of 36.61%. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other Weissella genomes will give further information and insight into the metabolism of Weissella species.
