This dataset targets the multi-level carbon trading and carbon neutrality management needs across the whole-nation, regional and park scales, focusing on the challenges such as complex multi-level carbon data sharing processes and high collaboration difficulty in carbon neutrality management. It provides data support for carbon emission supervision and governance of park enterprises, and holds important practical significance for the implementation of the "dual carbon" goals. The dataset is developed based on the three-year R&D practices of the National Key Research and Development Program of China's "Demonstration Application of Trusted Carbon Trading and Carbon Neutrality Management Based on Blockchain" carried out in national and provincial parks in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta regions, and finalized through multi-stage quality control. Its generation process covers theoretical research, basic data collection, model development and simulation, ensuring data reliability. The dataset adopts security strategies including multi-machine backup and password protection to guarantee data integrity and traceability, and can be widely applied to relevant research and engineering practices such as carbon emission accounting and supervision of park enterprises, and technological R&D for carbon trading and carbon neutrality management. The dataset contains demonstration application data from four types of parks: industry-city integrated parks, technology and business parks, manufacturing parks and bonded logistics parks, with a total data volume of approximately 0.25 GB.
