资源简介:
Aromatic plants have been studded for their antimicrobial properties. Making them a legitimate candidate for organic fertilization. In this research we study the soil microbial community's reaction to soil biomass amendment. We used R. officinalis, M. spicata and M. piperita leaves biomass as soil amendment, along with organic fertilizer and soil without treatment as control. Together with soil amendment, the presence-absence of tomato was also studied as an extra factor for the microbial community's reaction. ?-Proteobacteria, Ã-Proteobacteria, ?-Proteobacteria, Fungi and Crenarchaea increased their abundance in the presence of R. officinalis and tomato. Further analysis of the microbial community revealed that in the presence of R. officinalis a-Proteobacteria, ?-Proteobacteria, Cantharellales, Xylariales and Atheliales were favored, whereas Actinobacteria, Thermoplasmata and Sordariomycetes were oppressed. In the presence of tomato, the Atheliales was oppressed. These findings reveal the strong influence of R. officinalis had, along with the tomato, on the soil microbial community. Suggesting a further interaction of R. officinalis soil biomass amendment and the tomato plant.
