Raw data of the JAAD Research Letter: Androgenetic alopecia present in the majority of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 - The "Gabrin Sign". (10.1016/j.jaad.2020.05.079). Data of patients admitted due to severe COVID-19 in three Madrid hospitals. The study took place from March 23, 2020 to April 12, 2020. Dermatologists recorded the age, gender and alopecia diagnosis. Alopecia severity was evaluated using the Hamilton–Norwood scale (HNS) for males and the Ludwig scale (LS) for females.本数据集为《美国皮肤病学会杂志》（Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology，简称JAAD）研究快报《新冠住院患者多数伴发雄激素性脱发（androgenetic alopecia）——"加布林征（Gabrin Sign）"》（DOI: 10.1016/j.jaad.2020.05.079）的原始数据。 数据集涵盖马德里三家医院内因重型COVID-19住院的患者相关信息，研究实施周期为2020年3月23日至2020年4月12日。皮肤科医师记录了患者的年龄、性别与脱发诊断情况，并针对男性患者采用汉密尔顿-诺伍德量表（Hamilton–Norwood scale, HNS）评估脱发严重程度，针对女性患者采用路德维希量表（Ludwig scale, LS）评估脱发严重程度。
