The dataset used in the analysis reported in the paper titled: "The assessment of the use of e-health services in Polish society in the post-pandemic era: the results of a large-scale cross-sectional study" submitted and accepted for the World Congres on Medical and Health Informatics 2025, Taipei, Taiwan, August 9-13, 2025. The paper is planned to be published in the post-conference book by IOS Press. This research was funded by the National Science Centre, Poland, within the project titled: "Determinants of acceptance and readiness to use of e-health applications and Health 4.0 technologies in Polish society" (grant number: 2021/43/B/NZ7/02140).
