DArTseq and phenotypic data of a Central European winter wheat collection

Genotyping by Sequencing has been performed in an Central European wheat collection. Genotyping has been performed with the wheat DArTseq platform and generated two types of marker data: (1) genotyping by sequencing (GBS) markers are SNP markers obtained by sequencing the fragments derived from genome complexity reduction and subsequent SNP calling, and (2) silicoDArT markers referring to the presence or absence of restriction fragment in the genomic representation.

Moreover phenotypic performance of the entire collection was investigated during 3 successive seasons
