The goal of these ATAC-seq experiments was to determine changes in chromatin accesiblity caused by loss of Gibbin (AHDC1) or GATA3 in non-neural ectoderm. There were six ATAC-seq samples total including WT, GKO, and GATA3 KO. All samples were perfoemd in biological duplicate.
