Datasets used in Co-infection with deformed wing virus and sacbrood virus affects viral and immune dynamics and synergistically increases honey bee mortality

Three datasets used for analysis in the article "Co-infection with deformed wing virus and sacbrood virus affects viral and immune dynamics and synergistically increases honey bee mortality" are present in this files.The file "Data_Bee_ID" contains all Data Matrix unique identifiers used in the behavioural experiments and the corresponding week of experimentation, colony and experimental group of each marked bee.The file "Data_Coinfection_DWV_SBV" contains the three datasets analysed in the article :- One dataset originating from the optical counters, used in the behavioural analysis.- One dataset compiling all virus quantification results, for the virus quantification and dynamics analysis.- One dataset compiling all immune genes expression quantification results. This dataset is divided in two tabs : The 'Raw' tab correspond to the raw qPCR results, their adjustements and the process of calculating ddCt values; the "Final" tab recapitulates the ddCt values and was the dataset used for analysis.All files include an 'Abbreviations' tab that contains correspondance between the abbreviations used in the datasets and the ones used in the article as well as some details and comments regarding the datasets themselves.
