The current update adds a focused R28 correction-repair packet for printed pp. 212-265, covering Disquisitiones generales de congruentiis and Disquisitionum circa aequationes puras ulterior evolutio. The R28 packet includes a replacement English TeX/PDF and an English cumulative overlay through p. 303; it is not yet silently spliced into the top-level Band II reader. Current repair incorporation: [#########-] the cumulative rebuild includes repaired and source-checkable supplements for Disquisitiones Arithmeticae gaps, Band I alternate expansion, Band II quadratic reciprocity and Seeber material, Band III AGM formulas, Band VI chapters 8/10/11/13, Band VII chapter/article repairs, and Band XI Part I recovered material. Source artifacts: [########--] TeX sources, component PDFs, compile logs, source-page references, scan witnesses, render images, and audit reports are preserved in artifact ZIPs for inspection and continuation. The R28 repair packet explicitly leaves pp. 65-78 and pp. 276-303 as queued smaller repair targets.
