This dataset contains phage genome sequences assembled from five publicly available gut metagenomic cohorts (ERP000108, ERP002061, ERP003612, FengQ_2015, and YuJ_2015) using PALACE (https://github.com/deepomicslab/PALACE), a deep-learning and conjugate-graph-theory framework for assembling high-quality phage genomes from metagenomic sequencing data. PhageSequences/ contains the assembled phage sequences (FASTA) along with their annotations. CheckV_results/ contains genome completeness and quality assessments produced by CheckV.
