资源简介:
Tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] O. Kuntze) have been widely grown in Guizhou Province, China, and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. P. trachicarpicola is a fungal pathogen that causes tea leaf spot, and causes decline in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by P. trachicarpicola was found in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province, China. P. trachicarpicola strain ACCC39730 (namely strain GZYQ2018YQX001) which was inoculated on tea (C. sinensis cultivar Fuding-Dabaicha) leaves at 1 day, 3 days, and 5 days, respectively. The infected tea leaves were harvested, then the sequence and functional annotation of the messenger RNAs (mRNAs) was conducted. This work would contribute to the future research on trait-specific genes of the pathogen and host-pathogen interactions.
