Price list of public works in Tuscany

 The regional price list is the basis for drawing up the specifications and defining the amounts to be used for the contract, as well as for the evaluations relating to the anomaly of the tenders and aims to ensure price uniformity and adequacy with respect to market values. The Regional Observatory of Public Contracts has been identified as the structure responsible for the preparation of the regional price list, its formation, validation and updating. The regional price list is based on Article 12 ‘Regional price list’ of Regional Law No 38 of 13 July 2007 ‘Rules on public contracts and related provisions on safety and regularity at work’; and in Chapter VII of Regulation implementing Regional Law No 38/2007 on regional pricing rules, approved by Regional Executive Order No 45/R of 7 August 2008. The Region of Tuscany shall draw up a regional reference price list for contracting authorities in the region, in accordance with Regional Law 38/2007, as amended, and Implementing Regulation 45/R of 7 August 2008.
