This dataset contains the data for the publication of "A Layer-Level Multi-Scale Architecture for Lung Cancer Classification with Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Endomicroscopy". This was collected by a custom-built dual-band fluorescence lifetime imaging endomicroscopy (FLIM) on 21 pairs of ex-vivo cancer/non-cancer human lung tissue. There are 21 CSV files in the zip file and each CSV file contains the data from one patient. Detailed information can be found on https://github.com/qiangwang57/flim_cancer_ml.
