Metabarcoding of seawater samples: North West Mediterranean Sea, above 3 um samples, eukaryotes

These samples are part of the SOLA (Service d Observation du Laboratoire Arago) metabarcoding time series. The samples were collected in the coastal North Western Mediterranean Sea near Banyuls-sur-Mer, France, between 2013 and 2017. Sea water (depth 3 m) was collected aboard a research vessel, and filtered in the laboratory through two filters in series (3 um, then 0.22 um). Roughly 5 L were filtered for each sample. These samples belong to the above 3 um size fraction. The marker gene is 18S rDNA V4. The primers are TAReuk_F1 and TAReuk_R (Stoeck et al., 2010). Complementary samples (the dates do not fully overlap) are available for the smaller size fraction (0.2 - 3 um) under the accession number PRJNA579489.
