GSDMB SNP and CC

Cervical cancer is a major public problem faced by middle-aged women all over the world. In addition to chronic inflammation caused by persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV), genetic factors are increasingly becoming an important risk factor. GSDMB protein molecules have pore forming activity and participate in the regulation of pyrocytosis and inflammation. In addition, GSDMB gene polymorphism is also associated with a variety of autoimmune diseases and cancers, such as cervical cancer. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of GSDMB gene and cervical cancer in Han population in Northeast China.
