资源简介:
The file is a Data in Brief used by Xu et al study for further elucidating the anti-cervical cancer mechanism of γ-Tocotrienol (γ-T3) in vitro. The data showed that γ-T3 inhibited the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in human cervical cancer HeLa cells by suppressing both upstream regulators and downstream effectors, including PI3K, AKT, mTOR, p70S6K, 4E-BP1, c-Myc, and cyclin D1. These inhibitory effects result in reduced proliferation, G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, and increased apoptosis. The action of γ-T3 was comparable to WM, and their combination showed enhanced efficacy, further supporting this pathway as its primary target.
