Conformations and cryo-force spectroscopy of spray-deposited single-strand DNA on gold: Lifting atomic coordinates

Here we provide the atomic coordinates and the topology file concerning the lifting process of a single stranded DNA molecule previously adsorbed on gold. In order to visualize it you will need a visualization software. Using VMD, you would only need to do in a terminal: vmd -e visualize.vmd and that is it.
