A single-cell transcriptional atlas of the developing murine cerebellum
收藏资源简介:
- Single-cell transcriptional profiling was conducted on dissociated murine cerebella collected at thirteen time points spanning cerebellar development from embryonic day 10 (e10) to postnatal day 10 (P10).- Computational analyses performed on approximately 83,000 single cells identified expected neuronal lineages and other cell types present during cerebellar development.- Lineage-focused analyses confirmed known markers of intermediate developmental states and discovered novel transcriptional regulators that may co-regulate lineage-specification and differentiation.- Development of Cell Seek, an online web interface containing the complete dataset in a flexible, interactive portal to facilitate further mining and exploration for those studying cerebellar development and disease.
