Aeroacoustics of wind musical instruments

This dataset contains software that calculates the way air flows through a musical instrument and the sound that is produced. This software is designed to apply to a wide variety of instrument geometries and includes programs that allow a user to design new instrument geometries according to their interests. The software can be compiled with public domain compilers such as GCC. The dataset also contains computed results for the velocity and density for different instruments in various situations. These results are in the form of visualizations, i.e., movies, of how the air velocity and density vary with time at location both inside and outside the instruments that were studied.
