资源简介:
Despite early clinical success, the mechanisms of action of low-dose interleukin-2 (LD-IL-2) immunotherapy remain only partly understood. This dataset was generated using samples from the DILfrequency clinical trail, to examine the effects of interval administration of low-dose recombinant IL-2 (iLD-IL-2) using high-resolution, single-cell multi-omics. Thirteen adult T1D patients were recruited and treated with recombinant IL-2 every three days for a period of 30 days. For each participant, three longitudinal blood samples were taken on Day 0, Day 27 and Day 55, respectively. Selected immune cell subsets were isolated from each sample by Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorting (FACS), and analysed with BD Rhapsody single-cell sequencing platform using custom mRNA and AbSeq panels. All conclusions related to COVID-19 in the manuscript were made by comparing previously published data with the current dataset, which by itself contains no COVID-19 patients
