Untargeted metabolomics data from the analysis of craft and industrial beers, and craft beer brewing samples

This dataset contains metabolomics data from analyzing craft beers, industrial beers, and brewing samples of an in-production wheat ale craft beer. Data was acquired via an Agilent LC-MS system, obtained both in positive and negative ionization modes. Raw data from the instrument was converted to the mzXML format via ProteoWizard MSConvert.本数据集涵盖针对精酿啤酒、工业啤酒，以及一款量产型小麦艾尔精酿啤酒的酿造样本开展代谢组学分析所获得的数据。数据通过安捷伦（Agilent）液相色谱-质谱联用系统采集，采集模式包含正、负两种电离模式。仪器产出的原始数据经由ProteoWizard MSConvert工具转换为mzXML格式。
