Characteristics of the sample at the moment of entry in this study, unless otherwise stated. Education as was established at the original baseline assessment of the Kungsholmen Project. Range 0–30, where a higher score indicated better functioning. Range 0–12, where a lower score indicated better functioning. || Follow up time since the follow up assessment at entry in this study.
