NBRC representative bacterial strains Genome sequencing project. Bacteria

NBRC is a public biological resource center, providing microbial resources. In addition this center has a hub-platform, DBRP (Data and Biological Resource Platform), providing microbial digital information. In this project, genome sequences for several NBRC bacterial strains were determined. The sequence information will be disclosed through the NBRC web site (https://www.nite.go.jp/en/nbrc/genome/index.html) and DBRP site (Japanese text only: https://www.nite.go.jp/nbrc/dbrp/top/) as well as DDBJ/ENA/GenBank databases.
