Systematic identification of age-related microbiome metabolites that impact the brain

These data represent omics-based analyses of immortalized human brain endothelial cells (hCMEC/D3) and mouse brain tissue following treatment with age-related blood metabolites that are produced and/or regulated by the gut microbiome.
