MeRIP-seq is a method for high-throughput sequencing of m6A methylated RNA regions based on the principle that m6A specific antibodies recognize and combine with methylated bases. RNA was isolated from ATDC-5 cells transfected with OE-AKAP2 and OE-NC, and its concentration and integrity were tested. An RNA library was constructed, and a complete expression profile of peak-related genes was obtained after data filtering, sequence alignment, and peak detection and annotation.
