Historical Gazetteer of Central Asia

This collection aims to be a touchpoint for research concerning Russia, Eastern Europe, and Eurasia, and in particular, the areas that throughout time have been included in "Central Asia." As a geographic label, Central Asia continues to have a wide range of working definitions, and this collection visualizes how many primary and secondary sources have defined this region.
