资源简介：
Somatic cells can be reprogrammed into pluripotent stem cells by introducing a combination of several transcription factors, such as Oct3/4, Sox2, Klf4 and c-Myc. In a similar way, fully differentiated cells can be induced toward other cell types without an intermediate pluripotent state, which is termed direct reprogramming. In our database, we collect the reprogramming records from published articles and present it with a user-friendly web interface.
