资源简介：
棉花是世界上最主要的天然纤维来源，具有极高的经济价值。除了经济价值，棉花也是研究基因组多倍化、植物细胞分化的模式系统。数据库以棉花为研究对象，展示了地方品种和现代改良品种的全基因组重测序数据并进行分析。
Cotton is the world's leading source of natural fiber, with extremely high economic value. In addition to its economic importance, cotton also serves as a model system for studying genome polyploidization and plant cell differentiation. This database focuses on cotton, presenting and analyzing whole-genome resequencing data of both landraces and modern improved cultivars.
