Functional Convergence of Genetically Diverse B-Cell Receptors in Simian-HIV Infected Rhesus Macaques

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Functional Convergence of Genetically Diverse B-Cell Receptors in Simian-HIV Infected Rhesus Macaques.” It contains the source data and analysis scripts underlying all figures and results reported in the study. Custom R and Python scripts are provided to reproduce all analyses and figures presented in the manuscript, using relative file paths and a fixed directory structure. No human subject–identifiable data are included. This dataset is intended to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse by researchers studying humoral immunity, BCR repertoire biology, and vaccine design. Version 1.0 corresponds to the dataset and analysis code used in the manuscript as submitted and posted as a preprint.
