A questionnaire survey of 1,000 respondents was conducted via a national online panel to identify levels of ICT self-efficacy, uncertainty, and perceived opportunities toward DT from the perspective of three different generations.本研究依托全国性在线调研面板，针对1000名受访者开展问卷调查，从三个不同代际的视角出发，调研受访者针对数字化转型（Digital Transformation, DT）的信息与通信技术（Information and Communication Technology, ICT）自我效能感、不确定性感知水平及机遇认知程度。
