Acanthopagrus latus (yellowfin sea bream) genome assembly fAcaLat1.1

This project provides the genome assembly of Acanthopagrus latus, common name (yellowfin sea bream), based on a sample provided by Jianguo Lu, professor of Sun Yat-Sen University. The assembly is provided by Sun Yat-Sen University in collaboration with the Wellcome Sanger Institute team (https://www.sanger.ac.uk/science/data/vertebrate-genomes-sequencing) of the Vertebrate Genomes Project (http://vertebrategenomesproject.org).
