Effect of genetic deletion of TREM1 on gene expression of brain primary microglia during aging and in 5XFAD Alzhiemer mice

To investigate the function of TREM1 in the regulation of innate immune cell function, we established mice in which TREM1 target gene has been genetically deleted.
