Replication Data for: Terrestrial organic carbon increases mercury content and trophic magnification in the food web of boreal and subarctic lakes

These datasets and code accompany a paper titled "Terrestrial organic carbon increases mercury content and trophic magnification in the food web of boreal and subarctic lakes". This study examined the patterns and predictors of methylmercury content in the lower food web of six Scandinavian lakes that varied in terrestrial organic carbon content. Sampling for this work was done in fall 2016. These datasets include physico-chemical and dietary variables for each lake, as well as the annotated code used to analyze the data.
