Embryonic innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) were isolated from small intestinal lamina propria to study their transcriptomic profile in the developing tissue. Overall design: ILCs were isolated from E18.5 small instestines of Rorc(gt)GFP/wt, Rorc(gt)GFP/GFP and Rorc(gt)GFP/GFP x Tbx21-/- (Hashtagged) and FACS-sorted as viable Lineage(CD19, CD3, CD5, F4/80,FceRIa, Gr-1)-CD45+CD122+ and/or CD127+ combined with the following 25 CITE-Seq antibodies: CD49b, NK1.1, DNAM1, CD3, CCR6, NKp46, CD117, Nrp-1, NKG2D, TCRgd, TCRb, CD49a, CXCR5,CD27, CD200R1, CD4, PD-1, CD127 PE + anti PE, a4b7 + anti-Biotin, ICOS, Sca-1, ST2, CD25, KLRG1
