This folder contains a sample raw dataset associated with the publication titled \"Human Atrial Cardiac Microtissues for Chamber-specific Arrhythmic Risk Assessment\". Raw action potential (AP) traces for atrial and ventricular microtissues obtained from optical mapping and their dose responses to the drugs 4-Aminopyridine and Ivabradine are included. Additionally, the MATLAB code to analyze spontaneous activity from fluorescence images can be found in this folder.
