This study aims to define the interactions that SA or SP may have with IL17A and TNFa in human keratinocytes, as well as the similarity to psoriasis vulgaris.We cultured keratinocytes with SA, SP, IL17A, and TNFa. Psoriasis-related key immune biomarkers were measured by quantitative real-time PCR and Olink multiplex assay. Further analysis was performed by microarray to define broader responses in both bacteria and cytokines.
