Chromatin accessibility of neurons comprising most of the central brain courtship circuit in adult male Drosophila brains, with sex and cell-type control populations. Overall design: Profiles of chromatin accessibility were generated from adult male and female central brain neurons sorted on transcriptional status of fruitless. Fru+ neurons, excluding fru+ Kenyon cells, were isolated by sorting for GFP+ neurons (MB247-GAL80, FruP1-GAL4 > UAS::mCD8-GFP). A matched number of cells from the unlabeled population (GFP-) were collected. Please note that each '*Pooled.bed' file was generated from both replicates and is linked to the corresponding R1 sample records.
