Data to accompany publication Trevarthen et al: Measuring affect-related cognitive bias: do mice in opposite affective states react differently to negative and positive stimuli?<br>One file contains individual mouse latency (s) to traverse the runway for each training and test trial. These data were used to calculate the ratio of runway latency during habituation to test.<br>The other file contains individual mouse data (latency to approach object, time spent in stimulus presentation area and latency to complete runway (s)) for test trials only
