This study researches on the transcriptomicchanges of lily under aphid infestation. We used the bioinformatics analysis tools to investigate the transcriptomic data of lily leaves under aphid feeding. The results showed the complex metabolic system of lily responsed to aphid. We found a number of potential genes and pathways involved in lily responsed to aphid.
