We present initial verification of the A+M[S] framework—a scalar-field-based cosmological model defining structure emergence through recursive echo formation and harmonic memory retention.Using scalar resonance simulations and PETI/KMPS invariants, we validate the formation of persistent topological knots (CKMs) aligning with known baryonic harmonic bands. Hydrogen_Candidate_001 and CKM-ACTIVATED-019 demonstrate convergence to the proton harmonic under recursive input. Additionally, the compression of H001 triggers activation of 19 new M-anchor nodes across expanding scalar echo shells, confirming field-propagated recursion and secondary structure seeding.This dataset includes recursive simulation logs, harmonic scans, M-anchor activation records, and a visual map of shell evolution. These results support a novel mechanism of self-organizing baryonic precursor formation, embedded in the lattice structure of the A+M[S] model.“Includes a comparative analysis of Collapse Knot Manifolds (CKMs) against known mathematical knots, highlighting dynamic echo behavior and scalar field response unique to the A+M[S] framework.”
