Wahrnehmungsereignis Emotion – ihre Bedeutung für die Supervision im Integrativen Ansatz perception event emotion – its meaning for supervision in the integrative approach

In dieser Arbeit werden Emotionen als komplexe Wahrnehmungsereignisse unter Berücksichtigung neurowissenschaftlicher und sozialpsychologischer Aspekte dargestellt. Vor dem Hintergrund moderner Embodimenttheorie wird Bezug auf Emotionstheorien genommen, die im Integrativen Ansatz einbezogen werden. Das ergibt eine Mehrperspektivität im Verständnis von Emotionen als Wahrnehmungsereignisse und als Gefühlsresonanzen, die aus dem sozioökonomischen und kulturellen Kontext sowie aus den Beziehungen in sozialen Netzwerken resultieren. Emotionen sind immer im Leib gegründet und unterliegen lebenslangen reflexiven Prozessen und Verkörperungen. Sie sind somit veränderbar.Das integrative Supervisionsverständnis erfasst Emotionen als komplexe im Leibsubjekt ergreifende Prozesse und hat zum Ziel, methodenübergreifend emotionale Differenzierungsarbeit zu ermöglichen und den Emotionen in diesem Prozess den notwendigen Raum zu geben. In this paper emotions are presented as complex perceptual events taking neuroscientific and socio-psychological aspects into account. Against the background of modern embodiment theory, reference is made to emotion theories that are included in the integrative approach. This results in a multiple perspective way to understand emotions as perceptual events and as emotional resonances that result from the socio-economic and cultural context as well as from the relationships in social networks. Emotions are always based in the body and are subject to lifelong reflective processes and embodiments.
