Genetic diversity of Echinococcus multilocularis from red foxes and humans in northern and northeastern Poland investigated using the microsatellite EmsB

Raw FSA files (fsa_files), normalised EmsB profiles of Echinococcus multilocularis metacestodes from humans and adult tapeworms from red foxes hunted in selected districts of Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, and Podlaskie Voivodships (profiles.txt), and an R script generating a UPGMA phenogram cut with genetic distance thresholds and/or Dynamic Tree Cut (hierarchical_clustering.R).本数据集包含以下内容：原始FSA文件（fsa_files）；采自波兰波美拉尼亚省、瓦尔米亚-马祖里省及波德拉谢省选定区域的赤狐体内多房棘球绦虫成虫，与人体感染的多房棘球绦虫泡球蚴的标准化EmsB图谱（profiles.txt）；以及一段用于生成可通过遗传距离阈值或动态树切割法进行裁剪的非加权组平均法（UPGMA）表型聚类图的R脚本（hierarchical_clustering.R）。
