This dataset accompanies the study <i>“Epistemic Trust Towards Teacher Questionnaire: Development and Preliminary Validation”</i>, which reports on the creation and psychometric evaluation of a self-report measure assessing students’ epistemic trust in a specific teacher. The study was conducted with 224 middle and high school students (ages 11–15). The dataset includes anonymized item-level responses to the 52 initial questionnaire items, demographic variables, and scores from related constructs (e.g., teacher-student relationship quality, working alliance, non-verbal immediacy, student motivation). Data were used for exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, as well as validity testing. All personally identifying information has been removed in accordance with ethical approval protocols.
