Ex-vivo and phantom arthroscopic sequences with the corresponding ground truth poses of the arthroscopic camera and of the optical tracking markers placed on the femur and tibia. The sequences were recorded for 0,30,60,90deg knee flexion angles. Details on how the datasets were collected and deployed can be found in the first related publication. These datasets were collected at Medical Engineering Research Facility, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
