transcriptomic sequencing of Bromus catharticus

This project generate ESTs from different tissues at different stages through transcriptomic sequencing of B. catharticus, and annotate a de novo transcriptome assembly, and compare transcript expression in different stages of seeds, leaves and stems, and identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) among tissues at different stage, and carry out a large-scale in-silico identification of SSRs from transcriptome data.
