Universal Generative Principle: Complete Research Archive (v1.0)

This deposit establishes priority for the complete body of research comprising the Universal Generative Principle (UGP) and its concrete instantiations across mathematics, physics, and computation. The archive includes all interrelated papers, proofs, and code repositories forming a unified theoretical framework that deterministically reproduces the Standard Model fermion spectrum, yields reversible cellular automata substrates (PR-0, PR-1 and PR-2), and includes the theoretical foundations for the Mathematics of Self-Referential Systems, The Self-Defining Universe, the formal Theory of Transputation and the theory of the Reflexive Universe. Associated code repositories exist but will be added in a future update. This archive is not a public release but a timestamped, DOI-certified priority record for the unified theory and its experimental confirmations.
