IMPROVING METHODS TO INCREASE THE RELIABILITY OF THE EMPLOYMENT SAFETY SYSTEM USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Ensuring occupational safety in manufacturing enterprises is currently one of the important factors for the sustainable development of industry, protecting employee health, and reducing man-made risks. This article analyzes issues regarding the improvement of methods to enhance the reliability of the occupational safety system. During the study, the impact of hazardous and harmful factors in production on system reliability was studied, and the impact of the human factor, technical failures, and organizational shortcomings on the safety level was assessed. To increase the efficiency of the occupational safety system, a mathematical model was developed based on probability theory, reliability functions, and risk assessment methods. The possibilities of early detection of hazardous situations using digital monitoring, IoT sensors and artificial intelligence technologies were also analyzed. The research results showed that improved safety systems reduce the number of industrial accidents, increase the stability of technical systems, and improve labor protection efficiency. The proposed methods can be used as a scientific and practical basis for modernizing occupational safety management systems in industrial enterprises.
