NetCanDrug: Supplementary Dataset for Network-Based Cancer Drug Repositioning

This dataset contains the processed data supporting the results of theNetCanDrug study, a network-based pipeline for cancer drug repositioning. The dataset includes:- Final ranking of 3,010 drug candidates- Tumor protein–protein interaction (PPI) network topology metrics- Dysregulated biological pathways (FDR < 0.05)- Drug–target interaction mappings filtered to tumor network genes- Complete tumor PPI network in GraphML format Raw data from TCGA, STRING, Reactome and DGIdb are not redistributeddue to licensing restrictions.
