ephys-6: Anodal tOCS
收藏资源简介:
This experiment involved the application of transcranial oscillatory current stimulation (tOCS), combining anodal tDCS with a sinusoidal tACS waveform. Each session applied a distinct tACS frequency: 2 Hz, 7 Hz, or 20 Hz. tOCS was applied for 20 minutes at intensities ranging from +100 to +300 µA peak-to-peak. Due to stimulation artifacts, LFP signals could not be recorded during the stimulation period. Instead, recordings were acquired for 20 minutes before stimulation (Pre) and 1 hour after stimulation (Post). During both periods, electrical stimulation of the ventral posteromedial (VPM) thalamic nucleus was delivered to evoke cortical responses in the primary somatosensory cortex (S1). All recordings were performed in awake mice. The same subjects underwent all three frequency conditions, allowing for within-subject comparisons. Access before the embargo ends: the files are under embargo until 30 June 2027.
