Atomically Resolved Edges and Defects in Lead Halide Perovskites

This repository contains the 4D data used in the figures of the paper "Atomically Resolved Edges and Defects in Lead Halide Perovskites", and the python codes used for ePIE ptychography and combining multiple scans of dose fractionated 4D STEM data into a single drift corrected 4D dataset. The ePIE code is contained in ePIE_codes.zip which also contains a Jupyter notebook illustrating its use with the data used for Fig 3.a. This example data is combined from three scans of dose fractionated data, which are drift corrected and combined using the code illustrated in the Combine_scans.ipynb notebook. For non-iterative ptychography we used the pyPtychoSTEM code All additional raw data are available from the authors upon request.
